Macaronis Surf Resort ACCOMMODATIONS
Guests at Macaroni’s Resort are styling in sixteen rooms surrounding the second floor of the main building. Each room can accommodate two guests with a split Air Conditioning system. They have their own bathroom with a hot shower, private phone, and also have a veranda just outside the rooms, with spectacular views and breezes. This is a perfect place to relax and recuperate after a long day of surf.
There is a lagoon style swimming pool with gardens surrounding the pool offering a tranquil place to relax after a surf and have few beers poolside with your friends. Wi-Fi is also available by the poolside for those that need to bronze and stay connected.
The bar and restaurant on the first floor of the main building stocks a range of beer plus a wide range of imported spirits, liqueurs and wines. Healthy vegetable, fruit juices and smoothies are also available. The resort has two modems offering wireless internet both up to 512 kbps connecting guests to the outside world using Ku-band Vsat satellite internet.
A two-meter by two-meter big screen TV in the bar and restaurant provides guests the opportunity to watch international sports and news live as well as showing live surf footage of Macaronis plus a variety of DVD movies and music. There is a game area with a pool table and table tennis tables.
And should you take the cueball in the eye or cut yourself playing ping pong, Macaroni’s Resort has a comprehensive First Aid Kit set up by the Surfing Doctors – a non-profit aid organization that visits Macaronis Resort annually. Whether it be stitches, Chinese stinging potion for reef cuts or anti fungal cream to cure a case of prickly heat, Macaronis Resort surf guides can treat guests for any basic injuries or illnesses.
If you really damage yourself while shooting pool or playing cards, emergency evacuation by boat, helicopter or plane can be arranged.
Macaroni’s Resort also has a small armada of boats ranging from a five-meter dinghy to 22’ aluminum speedboat for surf transfers to Macaronis Left, Macaronis Right, Silabu Left, Green Bush, the Thunders region, and Bat Cave – and also fishing and snorkeling excursions.
