Rancho Santana is Nicaragua's premier residential community. Rancho Santana is like a world-class nature reserve with 2,700 acres of rolling hills and three miles of rocky and dramatic shore, broken up by five distinct beaches nestled in their own hideaways.
Rancho Santana has two clubhouses. Each clubhouse has its own pool and is reserved for the exclusive use of owners and guests. In addition, all the technological amenities of cell phone service, satellite cable, and Internet and free Wi-Fi are abundant. The main clubhouse features a full bar, dining, conference center and boardroom.
Rancho Santana isn't just for surfing. Our guests have complete access to additional activities through Rancho Santana's concierge including a full time naturalist for nature walks and birding, horseback riding, a lighted tennis court, bocce ball, horseshoes, billiards and more.
Plus we can arrange half and full day trips to visit Granada, the oldest colonial city in Central America founded in 1523 and the Masaya area artisan’s markets. Other activities we can arrange include a volcano visit, a swing through the trees on a canopy tour, a visit with local artisans and more.
You can try to do it all or just relax and enjoy a perfect sunset.
