EXTRA PERSON: Additional person above double occupancy will be charged $50.00 per night plus tax, unless Family Plan applies. Additional person charges will also apply to villas as follows: Studio Villa rate is based on two person occupancy; three bedroom villa rate is based on six person occupancy; four bedroom villa rate is based on eight person occupancy.
FAMILY PLAN: Children 17 years and younger, when using existing bedding stay free, when occupying the same
room as their parents.
AIR MATTRESS BEDS: Air Mattress beds are subject to availability and must be requested at time of confirmation. The charge for an Air Mattress bed is $50.00 per night and allowed in King bedded rooms/cottages, and Villas only.
GUARANTEED CONNECTING ROOMS: May be requested. A Guarantee Surcharge of $40.00
per stay will be collected upon check out directly from the guest.
MINIMUM/MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY PER ROOM: Our King bedded room is for up to three persons
maximum. Double Queen bedded room is for up to four persons maximum.
Studio Villa sleeps four (4) maximum; three bedroom Villa sleeps eight (8) maximum; four bedroom Villa sleeps ten (10)
maximum.
Maid Gratuity: Suggested maid gratuities are $3.00 per room daily and are at the discretion of the guest.
A resort fee of $25.00 + 4.712% General Excise totaling $26.18 tax per room/villa, per night.
